Andrew Penfold is a partner in the Private Client department with wide-ranging interests in his legal practice.
 

His work includes:

1. Employment issues of a contentious and non-contentious nature, including termination provisions and Compromise Agreements, Tribunal Claims and Contracts of Employment.

2. Commercial and Residential Property – including matters of a Landlord & Tenant nature (including 1954 Act), Leasehold issues, matters of Adverse Possession, Party Wall Act, Acquisitions of Businesses and Purchases of Freehold & Leasehold interests of both a residential and commercial nature.

3. Non-contentious and contentious Probate, Tax Planning, Trusts, Court of Protection work, Wills and Statutory Wills, also marketing.

Andrew was elected as a Conservative Councillor for the ward of West Putney in the London Borough of Wandsworth in May 2006 and previously represented the ward of Roehampton. He is Deputy Chairman of the Regeneration and Community Safety Overview and Scrutiny Committee, a former Chairman of the Wandsworth Conservative Group and also sits on the Borough’s Planning Applications Committee.
