Charities and Charity Law

We are solicitors in London WC2 UK

Our lawyers advise on all aspects of charities and charity law

Charities and Charity Law

We act for a number of charities: local, national and international. We form charities, run charities and advise existing charities, e.g. on internal politics, contracts, land, changes to the charitable objects etc.

We also advise on their structure, whether it be corporate, trust or unincorporated association. We advise on trading and tax implications. We offer a wealth of legal and practical experience.

We also run certain charities in house and are happy to do the  accounting and book-keeping, to run the bank account and to handle the full reporting to the Charity Commission for the Annual Register.

We are involved with a diverse range of charities and in a variety of capacities. We have a particular interest in animal charities and health-related charities, but education and music are also represented.

It is an important part of our work, and often of our life outside work. We have given over a part of our web site to some of the charities with which we are concerned where you can read more about some of them.
