Lisa Bolgar Smith is managing partner of Ambrose Appelbe and head of the Matrimonial and Family Department.

Lisa specialises in national and international family cases involving divorce and ancillary relief, complex financial matters and all aspects of cases involving children, including child abduction. She also specialises in matters involving cohabitees.

Lisa is trained as a mediator in Family Law. She is a member of Resolution (the Solicitors Family Law Association) and the Family Mediators Association and is committed to their aim that family disputes must be settled amicably if possible. She is also a member of the Relate Quality Partnership and the Holborn Law Society.
