Included additional claims relating to repayment of monies injected during consultancy period and alleged oral variations of agreement.
A v B acting for defendant (and Part 20 claimant) in claim for recoupment of injected monies for purported breach of oral agreement in respect of planned business buy-in; defended on basis of agreement to profit-sharing arrangements already accounted for. Counterclaim for additional misrepresentation and set-off. Claim settled in Mediation.
C.C.H.C. Ltd v H.C. (UK) Plc & F.R. Ltd acting for claimant (pre-issue) in claim for breach of SGA as it relates to Hire Purchase Agreement on vehicle leased to clients. Central issue raised by expert evidence was awareness by defendant Car Company of latent defect in the vehicle.
