Dispute Resolution
Ambrose Appelbe offers a first-class Dispute Resolution service. We aim to resolve your dispute through all means available to us, including arbitration, mediation, adjudication, med-arb, mini-trials, expert appraisal and determination. We seek to avoid the need for litigation through the Courts where possible, in order to focus on achieving a commercially viable route to success.
Where litigation is unavoidable, we seek to achieve an early conclusion to avoid the usual protracted court process. We do this through negotiation as well as using the Court's powers of summary judgement.
We also offer our clients our own advocacy skills and experience in Court, so you will know that the person arguing your case in Court is the same person arguing your case in the office. Where we feel Counsel may be of use, we will advise you accordingly.
Our Dispute Resolution Team has a long history specialising in complex and varied cases. Whatever your dispute, we can offer commercial and objective advice. In addition, unlike many dispute resolution firms, we seek to add a personal touch to our service by communicating with you on a regular basis, keeping you informed of not only your options, but also the progress of your case.
