Charity event success

We recently sponsored the Breast Cancer Haven Garden Party at the Physic Garden in Chelsea. The event was a big success and we received the following comments from Dawn Vernon.

I just want to thank you, again, so much for helping us towards the sponsorship of the Garden Party at the Physic Garden.

Due to your generous support, I am delighted to report that the London Breast Cancer Haven has benefited by over £41,000. We are so pleased about this, and it could only have been achieved by your financial generosity, plus all the physical support that so many of you have made, to make the event so successful.

Raising money for Leukemia & Lymphoma Research

Lisa Bolgar Smith was delighted to be recognised as a "prominent figure" in Citywealth's leading family and matrimonial lawyers list 2010. Will Aid

Our Private Client Team partook in this year's national Will Aid Scheme, whereby they gave up much of their time to prepare Wills on behalf of members of the public in return for a donation to charity. It was a tremendous success and we estimate that by the time we have seen all the Will Aid clients, we will have raised between £4,000 and £5,000 for the Will Aid charities.

The Family Team was listed amongst the best in the market in Chambers and Partners 2010 directory (A client's guide to the UK legal profession) "owing to recognition for its high level of personal service". Lisa Bolgar Smith was listed amongst the key individuals in family law and described as "a cool and calming presence in court"

Lisa Bolgar Smith is a Collaborative Family Lawyer

Lisa Bolgar Smith has completed the Resolution Collaborative Training and is now a Collaborative Family Lawyer. She is now one of the Resolution lawyers who has committed to adopting a non-confrontational approach to divorce by encouraging couples to seek shared solutions and to reach agreement.
