Abby Buckland
Abby Buckland is an Assistant Solicitor in the Family Team. She undertakes work involving all aspects of private family law and in particular is developing her experience in complex financial matters and private children cases. She works closely with head of department and Managing Partner, Lisa Bolgar Smith.
After reading English Literature at The University of Manchester, Abby went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Bloomsbury. Abby worked for a magic circle firm as a paralegal before joining Ambrose Appelbe as a trainee Solicitor in 2008 and qualifying into the Family Team in 2010.
Abby was born and brought up in Oxfordshire and in her spare time is training to be a volunteer ChildLine Counsellor. Abby enjoys the theatre and cinema and is a member of Resolution and the Junior Lawyers Division.
